10 a.m. NWS forecast has the track shifting further eastward, Rita now coming ashore Saturday morning at High Island as a Category 4 or strong Cat-3. The next forecast point has it at around Devers in the toe of Liberty County at 7 a.m. Saturday, as a Category 3, and then at about Pittsburg in northeast Texas at 7 a.m. Sunday at tropical storm strength.
